Continuity

The site ready to operate, and ready for an emergency.

Periodic equipment inspections, the year calendar, plans, licenses, and drills. An authority visit is recorded, including any fine and any temporary closure.

What is included

  • Periodic inspections of operability, batteries, power, and maintenance
  • Activity calendar for the year, by month
  • Archive of site plans and licenses
  • Drill file with an evacuation score
  • Surprise visit: inspectors, fine, and temporary closure
  • Period progress, cumulative progress, and compliance

What it changes

What changes in the operation once the process is recorded.

Equipment is checked on its cycle

Weekly or yearly, the same point records operability, condition, and whether maintenance was done.

The drill is scored

Doing it is not enough. The record shows whether the signal was understood, whether zones were marked, and whether anyone was injured.

The authority visit is written down

Inspectors, fine, and temporary closure stay with the rest of the site file.

Functional detail

Scope of the solution

Maintenance and emergency preparedness for the store. It schedules weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual inspections. Each point rates operability, physical condition, cleanliness, signage, batteries, the electrical system, and whether maintenance was preventive or corrective. The calendar shows the year by month. Plans and licenses stay on file for a site inspection. A drill records type, schedule, duration, and score, and asks whether the evacuation signal was understood, whether safety zones were marked, whether customers and staff took part, and whether anyone was injured. A surprise civil-defense visit records the inspectors, whether there was a fine, and whether the site was closed temporarily. Period progress and the cumulative total sit next to equipment maintenance status.
